Impact of inclusive leadership on variables affecting employee performance: A review of empirical papers

چکیده
In today's world symbolized by complexity and volatility, human capital has assumed even more relevance as diverse talents ideas rule the economies. It is in this context that inclusive leadership (IL) refers to an authentic style of encourages leads heterogeneous groups people towards accomplishing objectives firm. An leader brings about efficiency performance while honoring their uniqueness with empathy unbiased approach. This paper reviews empirical works on IL how it impacts employee’s directly its own well through other mediating variables. 40 research papers belonging period 2010- 2021 were shortlisted reviewed for output. The results suggest a strong preference social exchange theory member among researchers. Further, psychological safety innovative work behavior emerged most sought-after variables explaining different relationships pertaining IL. On reviewing, can be concluded remains essential component making continued organization many interjecting interaction.
